Lakpa, originally from Sindhupalchok, relocated to Kathmandu with his wife in search of a brighter future. Over the past three decades, Lakpa has resided in Asia, dedicating his time to researching and creating textiles and handicrafts. Fueled by his commitment to development and love for textiles, Lakpa devised and executed the idea that gave birth to Mandala Pashmina. Currently Lakpa is Senior Executive Member of the NPIA.

Sher Bahadur followed in his Uncle's footsteps and was greatly influenced by him. He developed a deep passion for the Textile Industry and built a successful life in that field by creating Mandala Pashmina. Currently, Sher Bahadur is responsible for overseeing all the operational management tasks of the entire organization.
